Returning the collar

We fully understand that not every cat will like a new collar, and that it may not be right for you or your cat.

 

You have 14 days from receiving the collar to let us know that you wish to return the collar for a full refund. You may want extra time to evaluate the collar, so again let us know so that we can arrange this.

 

If you do not return the collar within 14 days, or write to us asking for an extension at help@pawtrack.com, you will not be able to return the collar for a refund. We will of course replace or repair any collar that is not working properly, and will do that for the first 6 months.
